Harbor Springs, MI

Goodbye, Whitehall

4th of July
We had a very patriotic 4th of July weekend in Michigan! Starting with a Charlie Crockett concert in Grand Rapids. Then a visit the USS Silversides submarine museum in Muskegon. And of course a day at the beach 🏖️ followed by ice cream 🍦 and fireworks 🎆. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Silver Lake dunes
This weekend we headed to the sand dunes of Silver Lake and our first camping trip of the year. We rented a UTV to ride the dunes. Then spent a little time relaxing on the shores of Lake Michigan and watched the sun set over Silver Lake.

Chicago
We had a great weekend visit to Chicago. Doing the touristy things like seeing Cloud Gate and a fantastic (non)view from the Willis Tower. We also swung by Wrigley Field and got to spend time with friends and family in the city. A great trip!

Whitehall, MI
We made it to Whitehall, MI! We’ve already driven around White Lake, watched the sun set over Lake Michigan, seen lots of wildflowers and deer, and even cooked up some walleye for dinner. Off to a good start!
