Traveling Van with a Man

We spent this past weekend in Madrid and hit some of the hot spots. First a tour of The Royal Palace. Incredibly beautiful and my first opportunity to see a Stradivarius cello up close! I bet it sounds like angels.

The artifacts in the palace museum were also super interesting. Can you imagine being carried around in that little box?!

We also visited the Prado art museum. A beautiful building and frankly an overwhelming amount of art!

There was also a half marathon happening in the city. It was very cool to see the giant boulevards empty of traffic and to cheer on the runners.

One weekend really wasn’t enough time to experience everything Madrid has to offer, but that would probably take a lifetime!
