Traveling Van with a Man

This weekend we headed back to Vancouver Island to check out Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. We walked on to the ferry to this time and it was cool to watch the docking and unloading process. Very organized and efficient!

Our first stop was high tea at the White Heather Tea Room.

Then we stopped by Craigdarroch Castle

and had a quick look at Olympic National Park from atop Beacon Hill.

Swung by the Legislative Assembly and the Empress hotel

and did a quick tour of Chinatown and old downtown Victoria. Loved the little alleyways.

It was a whirlwind day trip but glad we took the time to check it out!
